These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the purchase of goods from ShopFam Ltd. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Ordering & acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. After placing an order you will receive an order acknowledgement; a contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.

Prices & payment

Prices shown include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made at the time of order by the available payment methods.

Delivery & risk

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Where a carrier signs for delivery, goods are considered delivered. If you require signature on delivery, select the appropriate service at checkout if offered.

Returns, refunds & warranties

Our Returns & Refund Policy applies. For faulty items we follow statutory rights; see our Return & Refund Policy for full details. For electrical items we rely on manufacturer specifications for compatibility and compliance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising in connection with a product is limited to the purchase price actually paid by you for that product. Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or Scotland/Northern Ireland where applicable) and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
