We offer free delivery on orders over £10 through Royal Mail Economy, with delivery taking 2–4 working days. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3 PM and Saturday before 12 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after these times are sent the next working day. We currently deliver within the UK only.

Yes, you can return your product if it’s faulty within 180 days, in accordance with UK consumer law. If the item is not faulty, it can be returned within 30 days, provided it’s in its original condition. In this case, the buyer is responsible for the return postage charges.

If your item or any part of it arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and the affected items showing the damage or issue. We’ll review the details and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
